Shipping Policy

Shipping starts at $15 CAD, with final costs based on the size and destination of the artwork. A shipping notification will be sent within 5–10 business days of your order. 

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional duties and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the collector.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 10 days of delivery at info@galeriecaterart.com. Include photos of the damage and the packaging for our team to assist you promptly.

Refunds
